On behalf of Haninge Municipality, Miljonbemanning is now seeking a licensed nurse for a staffing assignment during the summer of 2026. The assignment takes place within the municipality's LSS operations and social psychiatry, where you will become a vital part of the daily work ensuring safe, professional, and individualized care and support.

Haninge Municipality works with support and interventions for people with disabilities, including LSS, social services interventions, and special housing forms. As a nurse in this assignment, you will play a central role in monitoring patients' health status, collaborating with other professions, and contributing to quality and security in the operations.

As a nurse, you are responsible for standard nursing tasks within LSS and social psychiatry. The work includes, among other things, medication management, ward rounds, patient follow-up, and collaboration with primary care physicians in cases of changed health status or deterioration in the patient.

The role includes, among other things:

• Responsibility for medication management according to current routines
• Conducting rounds and medical follow-ups
• Following up on patients admitted to LSS and social psychiatry
• Collaborating with doctors, care staff, and other relevant actors
• Making medical assessments and taking relevant actions
• Documenting according to current guidelines and routines
• Contributing to a safe, professional, and high-quality care environment

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has experience with standard nursing tasks
• Is confident in medication management and medical assessments
• Has good documentation skills and follows routines
• Can communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Is responsible, independent, and solution-oriented
• Has good teamwork skills and a professional approach
• Is flexible and can quickly adapt to new operations and working methods

Previous experience working within LSS, social psychiatry, municipal healthcare, or disability services is advantageous. Experience collaborating with primary care, doctors, and care staff is also considered an advantage.

This is a staffing assignment via Miljonbemanning.

The assignment is full-time and runs from June 22, 2026, to August 14, 2026. The work is performed at various LSS residences and within social psychiatry in Haninge Municipality.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
